Do you look in the mirror and don’t see such a firm figure as you used to? Do you decide to start going to the gym? You probably don’t know what you’re going to do there yet and I’m not surprised at all, because a lot has changed in the “gyms”.
Choose your gym
Choosing a club is the first problem you will face. Consider aspects such as; the number of modern equipment, the number of zones for various types of training, the payment method, the hourly availability of the club or the available post-workout snacks. Remember that the key factor is usually the location, the number of parking spaces or the availability of your Personal Trainer!
Fewer and fewer clubs offer the help of instructors in the field of learning how to use training machines or showing and correcting exercises. If you are completely green or feel that you need more knowledge and better training results – you definitely need to find a good personal trainer. All in all, I can recommend myself here!:)
Defining the goal is the most important thing. Do you expect to improve your well-being, lose a few unnecessary kilograms or maybe gain muscle mass? Having a clearly defined goal and a set time to achieve it, we work more efficiently and meticulously.
The first workouts are definitely about learning the basic technique as well as the initial preparation of your joints and muscles for harder workouts. During this period, what seems easy will turn out to be very hard! The most important thing is not to be discouraged from physical activity. It will only get better every day!
TRAIN WISELY! Remember that it is not only the amount of load imposed that determines the work of your muscles. At the beginning of the adventure, it will be much better to increase the number of repetitions than to compete with experienced people with the number of kilograms on the barbell.
How often should I train? Start with three units per week for about 60 minutes. Remember to warm up, which is designed to raise your heart rate and prepare your body for increased work. A full-body workout will definitely work at the beginning. A VERY popular training system commonly known as FBW-Full Body Workout.
